Sample Policy

EnjoyTex provides fabric samples to help buyers review material, color, texture, hand feel, pattern, and other relevant details before making bulk-order decisions.

1. Sample Requests

Buyers may request available fabric samples, swatches, lab dips, strike-offs, or other development references depending on the project and product.

Please provide as much information as possible, including:

  • Product name or SKU
  • Required color or pattern
  • Intended application
  • Estimated order requirement
  • Delivery country or region
  • Any special fabric requirements

2. Sample Availability

Sample availability depends on the selected fabric, color, development status, and current stock of sample materials.

Some samples may be available immediately, while others may require preparation or development.

Availability will be confirmed after we review your request.

3. Sample Types

Depending on the project, sample support may include:

Fabric Swatches
Small fabric references for reviewing color, texture, construction, and hand feel.

Fabric Samples
Larger physical samples where available for more detailed evaluation.

Lab Dips
Color references prepared for shade review before bulk dyeing.

Strike-Offs
Samples used to review custom patterns, colors, scale, and appearance before production.

4. Sample Charges

Any sample cost, preparation charge, or shipping cost will be confirmed before the sample is dispatched.

Charges may vary depending on the fabric, sample type, quantity, destination, and development requirements.

No payment should be assumed until the relevant details have been confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Sample shipping arrangements will be confirmed individually.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs processing, sample preparation, and other logistics factors.

EnjoyTex will provide relevant shipping information where available.

6. Color and Material Differences

Digital images may not accurately represent the exact fabric color, texture, or hand feel.

Physical samples should be reviewed before bulk production wherever these characteristics are important.

Small differences may also occur between samples and bulk production due to normal textile manufacturing processes.

7. Custom Development Samples

Custom colors, patterns, textures, finishes, lab dips, and strike-offs may require additional development.

The buyer should review and approve the relevant sample or reference before bulk production begins.

8. Sample Approval

Approval should be based on the agreed physical reference and confirmed specifications.

Once a final sample is approved, it may be used as a reference for subsequent production and quality review.

9. Sample Requests Do Not Confirm an Order

Submitting a sample request does not create a binding purchase order or sales contract.

Bulk pricing, quantities, specifications, payment terms, production arrangements, and delivery terms will be confirmed separately.
